LRK can pay contractors, vendors, utilities, insurance, etc from rents collected.

LRK works with a number of quality service providers that offer great service at reasonable prices.

LRK coordinates all scheduling between vendors and tenants on owner’s behalf (before, during, and after tenant move out) to conduct repairs and cleaning, ie: house cleaning, windows/gutter cleaning, painting, carpet cleaning and/or replacement, appliance repair/replacement, screen repairs, plumbing or electrical repairs, household improvements, etc.

Monthly financial statements/including yearly 1099’s (and others upon request) are available through owner portals and emailed each month and at year end

Random drive by exterior inspections and interior inspections conducted every 6-8 months and before every renewal
