Show the property to prospective tenants
professionally screen each tenant’s credit, employment, rental, and criminal history /background checks
Prepare a lease agreement on owner’s behalf placing owner as landlord.
Coordinate move in/introduction to owner for move in instruction.
Collecting the move in rent including security deposit and distribution to owner
Providing tenant with a move in sheet to fill out and deliver to owner
